I've decided this is the last diet question I'm answering. You're 13, you shouldn't be so concerned with how much you weigh, which is not a lot AT ALL. Go do your homework or get a hobby. Be concerned with your weight when health becomes an issue.

Good habits of eating right is never a bad idea. It's good you are thinking about that + exercise. But please don't buy into the TV and Movie idea that you have to be super thin.Eat lots of veggies & drink a lot of water. Stay active. Don't watch TV too much. Watch your sweet intake.

I saw this product called Acai Berry on Oprah the other week.. Looked like all the other diet scams, but I went for it and ordered a 14-day free trial from this site.. And guess what, it really works!! I'm so happy I've already lost weight, gotten more energy and my stomach is flatter than ever!
