I want to tone up my body. I'm not interested in burning fat really because I love the way I'm shaped. Something like beyonce though not nearly as fabolous and toned, but you know big hips thighs and butt but small waist. Will pilates and/or yoga help me tone up withough losing my shape and "ass"ets.

Yes it will but dieting can have a bad turn in the long run if you don't do it right so don't do it without consulting a Doctor.

pilates and yoga is great for toning! And stretching and making you flexible too Smile Just make sure that you keep eating well, otherwise you may lose a bit of weight?
