I decided to join the marines and now I am training for the Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test (PFT). If all I am going to be doing is pull up pyramids, push-ups [using my handy-dandy Perfect Pushups Wink], crunches and running, what protein supplements would be best suited for me? I was thinking Muscle Milk, but I really have no idea. Thank you so much in advance!
