I doubt if it's possible and certainly not safely. It would be easier to get a new dress.

You can probably lose it with the cabbage soup diet. Usually you'll drop between 8 and 10 lbs. a week, BUT most of it will come back.

it's essentially impossible... the only way is if you start running right now and don't stop until the wedding...

My mom lost a lot of weight watching what she ate, doing situps, running, and drinking a big glass of water before she ate because it fills you up a little.

Okay,No eating past 7pm.Reduce your carbohydrate intake. Cut out pasta, pizza and junk food in general.Eat lots of fish and chicken. The portion size should be the size of your fist and no bigger. Have a salad with every meal to replace bread. Do not have creamy dressings, lemon juice and a little olive oil works best. Eat lots of fruit and FIBER. Only drink water, you should at least have 3 L a day. NO coffee, tea and sodas. Well tea is ok, if its herbal, chamomile or peppermint is good. But no sugar. Try to jog in between your walk. Try intervals, 1 minute walking the next minute jogging. This will definately help burn off the calories.Protein supplements are great. Whey protein isolate is the best. Take in the morning, at lunch and dinner. Also take as a snack.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://diet4cleansing.tripod.com
