eat more at school? or not?

We start school tomorrow and I'm a recovering anorexic. During the summer, I would typically exercise midday and then relax all day, occasionally taking another walk or something.Now that I'm starting school will I need more calories than I'm eating now, even with my recovery plan? School is from 7:30 AM until 2:10 PM. I have 5 classes (45 minutes each) with 5 minutes in between each to walk from class to class. Then I have a 45 minute lunch period, and 2 more 45 minute classes.I will exercise before I leave for school in the mornings.

Yes you need to eat something at school...Are you seeing a doctor right now as seeing you are a recovering annorexic? Because it seems like you are still concerned about your weight. I am not saying that as a bad thing but it can lead up to having annorexia again

I would focus less on the calories and more on the nutrients. You can eat three pounds of broccoli and all it will do is give you gas, not put on weight. You can eat on donut and it'll go straight to your hips. For school, you're going to want to eat more brain nutrients.
