GPS/Heart Rate Monitor Device for -Calorie Counter-Distance?

I would like to purchase a exercise watch that calculates distance without a footpod. I heard they are a bit inaccurate so i am a bit turned off by that. I want something that will also calculate calories. These are the only two things I care about so everything else is non essential. Have any suggestions for such a device.I was orignially looking at the Polar RS200sd w/ footpod
