| I'm 18, and I used to do yoga/pilates (I prefered pilates) but I had to stop for a while because of the pressure it was putting on my wrist. It is actually quite good if you want to tone up and it's harder than you think to hold some positions. The easy parts of pilates are just such a relief, unfortunately when it's too easy, - then you know you aren't actually doing anything to help improve your figure.There's nothing wrong with it, just curious, why are you against it?"I am a teenager so I wont be doing like yoga or pilates. haha." |
