How can i flatten out my lower belly?

i have always had a sort of pooch at the bottom of my stomach like right below my belly button and i would really like to be able to flatten it out. its not like huge but the rest of my stomach is normal. i love my body but sometimes it will frustrate me when i wear tight clothes.are there any simple stretches or exercises i can do to help it? and how long should i do that exercise and how often? i dont have a bar that i can use and i am a teenager so i wont be doing like yoga or pilates. haha. all answers are appreciated and if you have had experience with this problem and used any exercises can you please tell me how long it took to see results?well i don't really even know what it is..ha..and my mom doesn't know i'm trying to tone up. if she knew she'd say that it's unessary and that i don't need to change anything. i figured i had to go somewhere to do yoga or pilates. and i can't buy anything for it.i'm 16 by the way. i would say that i'm able to handle myself and my body. i just don't want you to think that i'm like a 13 year old who just wants attention and doesn't even know what i'm saying. Smile haha

I'm 18, and I used to do yoga/pilates (I prefered pilates) but I had to stop for a while because of the pressure it was putting on my wrist. It is actually quite good if you want to tone up and it's harder than you think to hold some positions. The easy parts of pilates are just such a relief, unfortunately when it's too easy, - then you know you aren't actually doing anything to help improve your figure.There's nothing wrong with it, just curious, why are you against it?"I am a teenager so I wont be doing like yoga or pilates. haha."
