| let me give you a little background. my overall weight loss thus far has been over 60lbs. After losing over 60 lbs I thought I would get even better results if I started exercising so I started walking every day and muscle toning at the gym at least 3-5 times at night. losing weight came very slowly, however I was looking good and feeling great about my new body because I was losing more inches than weight and toning at the same time. Until recent events lead me to experience a lot of stress and depression in my life. I let those events get in the way of my daily workout. I stopped walking every day and went weeks without visiting the gym. Needless to say I have gained weight, 15lbs to be exact and now that i am trying to get back on track it looks like I my weight has reached a plateau. How do get over my plateau and get over it quickly? I want to lose 15lbs in two weeks. I know if I get back into my old routine it will help but what foods can I eat to see a drastic change?FYI my overall weight loss goal is 40 more lbs. Losing 60 was a piece of cake to the last 40 I need to lose. |
