Im 18 weighing at 155 lbs at 5ft and 10 inches and want to gain 15 lbs.I think im not a hardgainer or a easy gainer, just in the middle.Im sorry I dont know how much protein or calories im consuming from this diet but I hope you guys get the idea whether this is enough for me to gain weight.Breakfast (9 am):Omelette made with 3 whole eggs with diced tomatoes, onions,green peppers, ham, and cheese.2-3 cups of homo milk(3%) - I love milk2 Packets of Maple and brow sugar oatmealMorning Snack (11am):Protein shake with frozen berriers, 1 banana, 1 scoop of whey protein, 2 cups of milk, almonds(are almonds the best kind of nuts?)Lunch (1pm):8oz Steak with big bowl of pastaVegetables on the sideSnack (3pm):2 pieces of brown toast with tuna mixed with a bit of mayoSnack (5pm)Bagel with Peanut butter2 cups of milk1 cup of low fat yoghurtSnack (6pm)1 cup of yogurtPiece of fruitCup of milkWorkout (7pm)Right after workout(8pm):Protein shake (1 scoop) mixed with waterDinner (8:30pm)Whatever mom cooks (generally healthy)Right before sleep (12:30am)2 cups of cottage cheeseIf I had some kind of cheat meal once in a while or I miss out on one of my meals will it completly destroy the whole purpose of this diet?And ill be drinking plenty of water throughout the day.Thanks for checking this out

If you want to bulk up full fat milk powder is really good, my dietician put me on it because im to skinny lol, basically it is a cut price protein powder because protein powder is just based of milk powder with vitamins added. Jusst add 2 cups of milk powder to 1 L of milk and then it becomes super milk really good for bulking up.

Too much milk. If you dont care about gaining fat also go with it. You should try adding some virgin olive oil or flax seed. Really, your better off going with a good weight gainer then consuming all that food. BSN is what i use its really good stuff. I just wouldn't eat all that dairy your clogging your digestive system and your body has trouble absorbing the mineral zinc, when you eat so much calcium. Zinc is a powerful anabolic mineral.
