i have just started going to my gym and cycling on a stationary bike at 20mph for 30minutes non stop 5days a week. Along with this, i am eating quite healthily. i am currently 168lbs 5.8ft BMI=25.5 (overweight)i am going on holiday 30th septemember (10weeks away) and by then i hope to be 140lbs (28lbs lighter)Do you think this is Possible??thanks in advancedani xx

That definitely should help, although you may at first gain weight (MUSCLE!!). Another guarenteed method is calories shifting. I lost 9lbs in 11 days and I ate the normal amount of food! Try drinking 2 litres of water a day - it really does help. Good luck

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins.
