| How can I lose a bit of body fat? Is there a good way to do it? What should I eat so my body burns that fat and not the carbs I am eating etc.? I have 5lb hand weights, a bicycle that can handle all terrain, a good pair of walking shoes, a pedometer, and a exercise ball and a jump rope.What can I do? |

| What you can do is use all those things you've told us about. *smile* Cut down or pay attention to the carbs you take in. Activity will lose weight. It will also make you look younger.Why are you asking when you have the wherewithall to lose the weight you think you should? |
