I am having problems with my feet and I am looking for suggestions on how to handle it because we don't have any sports med. doctors in our area. The problems I am having are with my toes. I have put bandades on my little toes but I don't know what to do about the fact that the end of my toes hurt. My toe nails are really short and the tissue at the end of the nail is painfull. Not inflamed, just painful. Also, my arches hurt even though I have very good walking shoes with arch supports. The only other thing I can think to chage is my socks but I have to be careful with socks because they create problems of their own.Any suggestions on what to do to make my feet and toes quit hurting?

Wear walking shoes that are a half a size bigger and that your toes won't press up on. There are also inserts that you can put into your shoes that are made of gel. They work wonders.

Use Duct tape vs regular tape. It is like new skin and reduces friction to zero. I walk 5 miles per day. Takes along time to build up to that distance.
