Has anyone joined the elite body course by jim katsoulis?I had purchased his program yourself thin course a few years and did have some success with the mental focus side of the weight loss game. No I haven't but do enjoy his youtube videos. Weight loss is 90% in your head if you ask me. Again programs can work for some and not others so its all up to the individual. If his material worked before and you want new well try it. Im sure there is some return policy. First just analyze your eating habits and see what you find. Good luck.
