| I've heard of TONS of diets and pills but they are only for adults. Does anyone know of a healthy diet/weight loss plan for adolescent? |

| The best way to L-O-S-E weight is regular cardio exercise (even if it is just walking,) and sensible eating habits. At your age, you probably don't need a specific diet (you didn't say how much you need to lose.) Just make sure you eat well-balanced meals - including breakfast, the most important meal of the day (it will help to curb hunger throughout the day.) Drink lots of water and cut out junk food and sodas. Good luck. |

| DONT STOP EATING!THATS THE WORST THING YOU COULD DO!!!!I dont think you should take any diet pills or anything like that.You are young enough that you should be able to drop the weight that you want, at a pretty quick pace : )What you should try is simply making better choices in what you eat, and go outside and play for at least an hour a day.and try to avoid eating later in the evening, like past 8 or 8:30 the reason is, that the food that you are eating most likely wont get worked off-- so its just going to sit in your stomach-- and turn into fat... *also drink alot of water* : )Good Luck hon! |
