Can i take diet pills?Okay,Well i am a girl, who is 14,but ill be 15 years old in 2 weeks.Well anyways, i was wondering if i could take the Slimquick berry packets. There diet pills, except there not actually pills-they are like [crystal light] packets. You just put the stuff in water and your supposed to lose weight fast. I was just wondering, has any girl my age or around my age taken it? and has it helped you lose weight? and is it safe?& i DONT want to hear "ohhh your too young " or "dont do that." Im asking a simple question.and if your gonna give me a dumb answer, or if you can't answer it, then GET LOST. * not trying to be rude, i just want to get the resolved. Thanks.

Yeah the crystal light things will work but you are too young for actual diet pills because they will hurt a persons body if they aren't fully grown.

Well, you obviously only want to hear someone say that you can. So, yeah--it's available legally over the counter, and if you have a tap with water and a glass and hand to stir the mixture, then you "can" take it. This is an advice web site, though, and you should at least be open to hearing advice on here (or get lost), and if you were asking for advice instead of basically telling us what you want to hear then here's what I would tell you. I would say that I wouldn't take anything not regulated by the FDA like this that also affects your liver function and disables the feedback loop to your brain about your blood sugar level. This product masks your hunger mechanism and you can get too low of blood sugar and faint. It masks thirst, too, so you can also get dangerously dehydrated (one of its functions is to mask thirst, and obviously then water weight will be most of the weight loss with this drug, which doesn't do a thing for losing body fat,, which is what we usually mean when we say "I want to lose weight"), and it has serious interactions with any other meds someone might be taking for other medical conditions. Nobody should take this without a doctor's okay first. Here's a link to the side effects, for your information.Peace.
