| Your first 5 feet should take you up to 100lbs. For every inch over 5feet, you can add 5 lbs. Swimming is a strenuous sport. You should weigh whatever weight you are comfortable doing your sport. Remember that muscle does weigh more that fat. If you are a competitive swimmer, you don't have to worry about being in shape. |

| That is difficult to answer without your height. First, let me recommend a few things. Drink plenty of water (force yourself to). We often mistake thirst for hunger. Eat slowly and enjoy your meals. This gives you time to learn your bodies cues when it is satisfied. Also, don't eat until you are full, just till you are satisfied. Limit sodas and candy to every once in a while. Do these things and your body will maintain its set point. Don't worry about losing weight unless you are obese. Your are young and active, I am sure you are fine. |
