Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Cut back on sugars and starches. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Drink green tea will increase metabolism. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day. Count your calories, very important. The following site will help you lose weight by eating right: http://nutrition.about.com/library/bl_nutrition_guide.htm

It could take a little while before you see results. Each person is different. You might see some results right away, or it might take several weeks. You have to be patient as your body adjusts to your new workout regimen. I would highly recommend working in some strength training. It sounds like you're doing tons of cardio, but developing muscles will actually help you burn more calories than your cardio workouts.

I would have keeled over by now. Why haven't you seen results?? The first week should have shown some changes. Feeling tired & out of breath are symptoms of something else. Go to your doctor ASAP!!Check out www.sparkpeople.com for a great food plan and some exercises too!! You'll be glad you did.

hey!! besides exercising regularly, think, whether your meal is condemning all your efforts for a better health or is it OK? if it's OK, then ensure that you follow the procedure of being quick, active and charged because I'm afraid that you usually become too lazy after a workout. if it's too up to the mark, then be patient for about a month. also ensure that you take a sleep of minimum of 8 hours.
