Ok well first you need to get a membership at the gym and go everyday!At the gym you will do....30 minutes on the stationary bike20 minutes running on treadmill10 minutes power walkingYou need to eat right. Watch your calories eat what you need to get through the day instead of for fun. Think of food as survival.You need 1600 calorie intake in one day.For breakfast: 2-3 scrambled egg whitesFor Lunch: any salad with a low fat dressing(don't drown the salad)For dinner: Grilled fish or chicken with vegetablesnacks: munch on quakers rice cakes (they are actually really good even though they are rice cakes!!), fruit is always a good snack, original wheat thinsHope this helps and good luck to you! The workout plan i gave you will tone your muscles but not create big bulky ones they program just removes calories!

Coke does eat fat! and its easy to get and its getting cheaper hahahah JUST KIDDING! The fastest way would be to buy the basic tae-bo DVD and do it as much as possible but not exceeding 2 times a day... The first couple of days your muscles will be sore... so what you do is do it two days and stop for one then do it three days and stop for one and then do it for two days and stop for one and then do it three times and stop for one... Your muscles wont build if you do it everyday...This is a really really FAST way to loose weight...I saw results in like... 2 days. serious...and also go on a green diet for a couple of weeks VEGETABLES OF ALL KINDS all the time...mainly for two weeks DONT EAT FLOUR OR SUGAR OR FOODS WITH THAT STUFF IN THEM... or very little of those foods Raw green veggies for a week really drops weight like MADDD!! Try it! (BEST ANSWER!)

Now that's totally different.For Christ's sake people, when are you going to stop using the terms "weight" and "fat" as if they were interchangable terms that mean the same thing? Remember when people used to think the world was flat? Pretty stupid now, huh? Well so is asking how to lose weight when it's fat that you're trying to rid yourself of. Body weight comes from many things, including, fat, muscle, organs, bones, skin, hair, clothes, water, etc. Want to lose weight, easy, but don't act suprised when your health suffers for it.

well, i'm super thin and i think it's because i don't drink any soda like coke and pepsi. Maybe it'll help you lose weight.
