ok so im a teenager that has a fast metabolismtoday i had breakfast: a chiabatta and a teeny weeny biscuitlunch: 3 slices of pizza and 1 tomatoedinner : saladoh and i accidently ate a kit kat and a teeny weeny jam tart lol=]ive burned around 350 cals if i do this without snacking for the rest of the week will i lose a pound or neally a pound?

how did u burn ur calories?. did u lift weights?, run?

well even if you did lose weight from that (which you proably wont, you would probably stay at the same weight), you would be unhealthy b/c you aren't getting proper nutrients. growing teenagers need fruit, protein, calcium, carbs, veggies, and all that!! (:
