| okey im like 140 pounds and im 16 i wanna lose like 20-30 pounds so what shoud i eat for breakfast lunch and dinner i run on a treadmill for 1 hour at 8.0 speed im very fast and i do 130 situps every day i was like100 pounds and the beginning of my life i was so skinny that i thought i could eat everything i wanted and never get fat the problem is i didnt play sports like i always use to lol and i went to a boarding school and i gained weight anyways what should i eat? thank you |

| I was in your situation a couple of year ago. I used to weigh 140, but now maintain my weight around 106-108 and I've never felt better. I started out with slimfast meal replacement bars and shakes with fruits and veggies as snacks and for dinner I would have chicken breast, some form of veggie and usually rice or beans. Check out this website - www.sparkpeople.com - it helped me out soooo much and I still use it for tips and to stay motivated. |

| Start with eating 4 - 5 smaller meals per day.This will speed up your body's fat burning metabolism and will help you lose weight.Try to add some fruit or veggie snacks throughout the day as well.And don't forget to drink plenty of water. |

You don't want to be skinny, you want to be slim and healthy! Stop worrying about how much you weigh exactly and just concentrate on what you look like; just because you weight more than someone else doesn't mean you're fat. To lose weight you need to do the basic things that are how you really lose weight and stop looking for a miracle cure that requires no effort, like the rest of the world. You sound like you're doing plenty of exercise, which is really good. You just need to eat a low fat diet now, with plenty of fruit and veg and cut out anything fatty including chocolate and dairy for a while. After you have lost weight, just eat a reasonably healthy, balanced diet. You don't need to be a health freak to be fit, and don't forget, muscle weighs more than fat!  |
