I sincerely need true answers. I know the bull about diet and exercise I am down 80 pounds but I have another 50 to go and my weight wont budge I need some help here. HelP!!I am willing to eat fish and shrimp however I DONT EAT CHICKEN COW OR PIG--i'm semi vegetarian. I can't do raw foods because I will get cranky and killy my bf...
