Im now on holidays and i would really like to lose some fat off my jiggly thunder thighs,,,ok haha there not that horrible just a yucky shape that looks really funny in skinny jeans..So, i was wondering besides walking what else is good for your thighs? running on the beach??step ups...?

SQUATS WITH A BARBELL WEIGHT (THE LONG WEIGHT) ABOVE YOUR SHOULDERS WHILE DOING IT, IT IS SO EFFECTIVE!! OMG LOL

squatting., i know its hard to do, i dont wanna do it either, but thats one of the best thing u can do to firm up your thigh., u can also contract your thigh as what u do to your biceps, hold it for few seconds and do atleast 10 cycles a day.. u can massage it too after u have taken some shower where skin is still soft, you can use a simple lotion, massage oil or firming lotion to be more effective, massage in upward position,. u have to be more patient though, u can see result in weeks,.. goodluck!. xoxo

you can't lose fat from a specific area. only from your overall body. doing squats will do nothing but build muscle UNDER the fat you have making your legs look bigger UNLESS you mix it with some cardio. running and the step ups will be brill for the cardio.i suggest just teh cardio and for get the squats. do it for like 4 times a week 30-40 misn quite intense with a healthy diet, i.e cut out all the junk and in 2 weeks you can lose some of that fat you want Smile good luck
