i'm trying to lose weight and all i can think about is food , all the time and i dont want to be .. what are some things that can take my mind off of food ?and things at home not like going out or going for a run ?THANKS ! ♥

I know how hard this can be, I used to struggle with it all the time and sometimes still do. Is there anything you really like to do at home (read, watch tv etc etc) if you like it enough it may take your mind off of it.The other thing I used to do which may sound weird is chew ice! It made me feel like I was eating and I was hydrating myself at the same time!

Even if you don't want to do excersize you can do things like color and crafts even shopping!

SWIMMING FOR SUUUUURE! Go to the beach and have an adventure! Play hunting in the yard with kids around, video games, reading, mind games, reading a comic book, watching Desperate Housewives and Lost, watching funny programs.. just make sure your mind is busy!PEACE Wink

haha i have the same prob. easy. I know your thinking about sh*t your craving. for me its bread. Buy healthy snacks at the super market like celery and strawberries. you can eat as much of those and end up losing calories not putting them on.. so every time you think of food. get a celery stick and eat it without feeling guilty Smile. or eat 1/4 cup of almonds

wel your probs only thinking of food cz your bord, so try doing some things at home tht youu enjoy. another option is to buy a dog, he/she wil keep youu entertained and you can also take him/her for walks to take yourr mind of food.

its so hard i know =( just think that there are better things to do instead of eat. go on the computer, meet some friends or paint your nails. if you get really hungry, eat fruit or something healthy. x
