| ive been tryin to gat tonned for months but with no success!! i run 7miles a week, do 100 press-ups, 100 sit-ups and 40 pull-ups a day. i weigh 145lbs am 6' 1" have a muscle mass of 49% and my body fat is 8.5%. do i need to loose more fat? gain more muscle? wot exercises can i do and how much protein should i consume in a day? all suggestions welcome!!!! |

| you sound like your muscle mass and % body fat is pretty good. that may just be the size your body is supposed to be. not everyone is made to be supper toned/slim |

| try taking creatine in a glass of no fat milk before doing your exercises, you should see almost instant toning improvement, I personally don't see much difference when I take protein and have stopped but creatine makes a huge difference |
