okayy so im 170 lbsand i realy dont look like it. im thick && big boned. but i have a lil bit of chubby ness i would like to get rid of.th places i need to lose the most weight in are my thighs && armsbut i need to lose weight in all the place pritty much.i have volley ball 4 times a week now.so i need some tips on how to lose weight.but i cant go to a gym, or run/walk cause there is no where around here to go and i dont have a ride no whereso what do you think i should do and eat?thanks:)

eat a healthy breakfast. skip lunch, have a HUGE dinner early, exersize

Well if you reallly want to lose weight in your stomach you could do crunches and for your arms do push ups?

Eat healthy foods and avoid fats. Lift weights and ride bikes.

I would suggest eating 5-6 small meals per day.This keeps your metabolism running fast.This combined with your volleyball should help out a lotgood luck

I started up dancing at this really great studio and it helps because I LOVE music and dancing. and its such an expression, i don't just do it there though, i do it all the time at home. You just have to find something you love to do and work at it. I have lost so much weight and its great for flexibility, but if that's not your thing go out there and find it.Also, you don't have to give up sweets entirely just remember what you have eaten and reward yourself sometimes!

If you are 14 you do not need to loose any weight. Be happy with who you are! Trust me, it will become a HUGE problem if you loose to much weight! Please be happy with you body and do not change!However, it would not hurt to start eating healthier and exercising. Try walking or running and eat more fruits and veggies! Also, cut out all the fast food junk and eat more grilled chicken and grilled fish!Be happy with who God made you!

if u live in a neighborhood run a couple times around the block. Eat healthy foods, no sweets, fruits and vegetables, low calorie foods, etc. Hope this works. I'm 14 too and weigh 110 I'm trying to lose 15-20 pounds too it's really hard. and umm i'm short so that'sn why I weigh less than you. I'm around 5 "2" or smething so yeah. Good luck!

Well to start off this is wat i eat and i am a little older then u and 120 pounds at 5'9. Eat a fruit smoothie in the morning, they r delcious and give u vitamins u need, just add fruit a little milk a couple spoons of ur choice of low fat yogurt sum ice and blend and eat, best thing is u can eat it on the go or while ur watching tv. Try to have a salad a couple times a week, avoid thing high in sugar, and dont eat sumthing just cuz of its carbs, its calories ur watching. For exercise don't use weights, cuz that makeu gain weight, in muscle. To tone ur arms get one or two pounds weights and lift them for half and hour or more ever day while u watch tv or talk on the phone. U can also look up thigh work outs on the internet, i am sure u will find a good work out there. Good luck! hope i helped :]

You don't need to. Unless your doctor says so, or you have health problems due to your weight, I wouldn't try to. If you are EXTREMELY intent on losing weight, I hope you're doing this purely for your self-esteem not for what people think about you (yes there is a difference). It's simple. Exercise even more and eat less. If you eat Junk food daily try to eliminate one of these items from your diet each week (Trying to stop eating them all at once doesn't work.)Add one more fruit or vegetable to your daily diet. Get to bed earlier. This can work wonders.

You probably don't need to loose weight since that would be unhealthy at such a young age but you could benefit from some light cardio and weight lifting. Here are some simple things you could incorporate into your life style Jump up and down in between commercial breaks when watching TV If it is safe, instead of asking for a ride walk to your friends house try using canned food as weights and lift them check out a book at the library on yoga which is a great stress reducer and can help you tone up problem areas ride your bike which is a fantastic way to tone up and work outand finally for about a week or so write down everything you eat and then at the end of the week look at how much unnecessary snacking you do and substitute them for healthy alternatives.

Eliminate soda!! Also stay away from fried foods, sugar and butter. Get up and move whenever possible even just a little.

First take control of your diet...There r 2 diet plans n u may follow as u feel it neccessary...(1) U should eat a heavy breakfast a moderate lunch but a very light n low fat dinner... This is bcoz at night the power of the body 2 assimilate fats increases.. (2) The other one is somewhat difficult, the idea is to eat a protein rich n low fat diet in low quantities but periodically after every 4 hrs... This requires disciplineI wld advice u to follow the first one coz its rather simpler n effective but if u want 2 hve an athletic regime then follow the seond one. N remember 2 remain away from trans fats as they r carcinogenic ( Cancer inducing).

First if you eat fast food, candy, pop/soda and/or fried foods on a regular basis, STOP! Eat fruits, vegetables and high fiber foods (like wheat or rye bread instead of white bread, oatmeal, bran and wheat based pasta). Also eat several small meals per day instead of 3 big ones and DO NOT skip breakfast. Breakfast can be light, maybe yogurt, fruit or oatmeal. Keep playing volley ball. Wherever you are playing volleyball, try running before and/or after you play. Also do some running in place where ever you live and you can exercise at home also. Do jumping jacks, sit ups, lift weights with what ever is easy to grasp and weighs five or more pounds (can goods for example).Now, DO NOT tell your friend you are dieting. People have a funny way of sabotaging your plans when they know you are trying to make a lifestyle change. When your friends offer you unhealthy food choices just say "No thanks, I don't want any". Do not give an explanation, just pass on the unhealthy foods and change the conversation. Also when everyone goes to fast food places, if you feel you have to go, GO! But make healthy choices, salad, yogurt or grilled chicken instead of burgers or fries.Now, here is the most important information: LOVE YOURSELF! Be happy with yourself, do not lose weight to please someone else, no matter who it is, parent, boyfriend or siblings. Lose weight to be healthy and fit and again, LOVE YOU and the choices you make.
