| okay, so to start i am 5'6, 135lbs and 14 years oldi want to lose as much weight as possible in 10 dayshere is my criteria- lose weight fast- don't gain too much after- doesn't require pills- no starving please!- not too much exercise as i am very busy- anything which has helped you lose it fast!thank you to everyonei will try the diet you say and if the one i chose works then you get 10 points!xxxxxxxxxxxxxxwhy are the top 3 people being so rude?i know how to exercise and i go to the gym. all i want to know is if i can lose weight in 10 days and if yes how much? |

| Come on. What you described is the lazy person's pipe dreams. That's what the billion dollar diet industry thrives upon. You are not going to make any changes to your body in ten days, even if you were to be not lazy and actually work at getting fit. Look, you either dedicate yourself to getting and staying in shape or you enjoy being a kid. You are not fat so choose the latter and enjoy your vacation. |

| go sign up at a gym.. infact.. if u are not inclined to exercise and don't have the know how.. which u probably do not.. no offensego purchase a dozen personal training sessions at your gym.. they will teach u how to workout,, and put on a eating plan.. (12) sessions is all u need... then u can train on your own... goodluck |

| No soda or junk, just water or Crystal light.Do some exercises like Pilates, before bed. Eat lighter, healthier foods.Ive been doing this for only 3 days and I've lost 4 pounds.It's never been easier for me. |

| well if u just have a bout 30 mins spare time a day then u should try and do the pump it up dvd its a dance one and it really works. to tone up your belly also to lose weight.much luv xxxx |

| Try drinking green tea! I know this has helped me to lose weight quickly because it fills you up like water. It also has many other health benefits. Just eat healthy foods until your vacation. No sweets and if you must have a snack, then have a fruit or vegetable. Maybe you don't have that much time to exercise, but at least 30 minutes of exercise a day will help! |

| search up the chicken soup diet. It's when you eat chicken soup for 7 days and lose 10-15 pounds. It's a crash diet so it'll help you lose the weight in a short period of time, but won't last forever. Also, it'll keep you full, so you won't go hungry. Good luck! and remember it's only a crash diet, so be careful!! The amount of calories you take in is very low, so don't do too much exercise. |
