|

| Ok, so I'm looking for a genuinely healthy way to eat. No fads, no diets, no counting calories, and no pills. I was doing the South Beach diet for awhile because eating primarily protein makes me feel better, but I still crave some sweets and I am not so confidant in Splenda as a sweetener anymore. I want to be healthy all around, not just thin, and I would like to start looking at using natural ways of making things taste good. I also struggle with finding an inexpensive way to feed my family and keep it healthy. Any suggestions?PLEASE- no advice on counting calories, exercising, or fancy yogurts or cereals.... just healthy food with no frills! Thanks:) |

| There is a ten times eaiser way to be healthy. Its called the Eat W/e and Eat Cheap diet. Buy anything except fast food, and just make exercising your familys main loop. Have races for kids, who ever wins gets outta chores, little family basketball, if they are little kids, soccer or something. If you focus more on how much you burn rather than consumed the tables completely turn. |

| Start your day with hot water mixed with the juice of one lemon. It helps control your weight. This is the practice of Buddhist monks.Have a glass of water before starting your meals.Eat your dinner about 3hours before you hit bed.And always pick the healthiest foods on the menu. |
