Emotionallyeasiest way to lose weight is to decide for yourself that you really want to lose weight if you are not motivated enough than nothing is going to happenExercise do cardio exercise, yoga, pilates its great to burn fat and it will tone ur body as well,Diet wise drink 8-10 glasses of water. U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don’t eat before 3 hrs of going to bed and soup it make u full and has less calories just avoid the cream and make the soup in this way mix veggies and water sort of a thick soup its very filling and sometimes tastyCheck the below articles for weight loss tips http://cashsunshine.blogspot.com/search/label/weight%20loss

go running atleast 3 times a week, eat lots of fruit, watch what you eat. trying eating more smaller meals per day than the normal 3 big meals a day. make sure that breakfast is your biggest meal of the day, and as the day goes on let the meals become progressively smaller

to get rid of ab fat:- sit ups (gradually increase by 5 each day)-crunches these are pretty easy, you don't need anything or anyone for these exercises. also, walking and running will help you lose some. exercise w/ a friend, will keep you motivated and happy, not to mention time will go by faster and you will have fun! trust me, it helps! good luck!

I came across this great product for weight loss (all nautral) and it was excellent for me (it's a detox colon cleanse). Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at http://best-free-thin-diet.us , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. A must!

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills. Check their website at http://easy-slim.us , my aunt got a free trial and paid only $4.95 shipping and handling.

It is not possible to spot reduce fat in just one part of your body, like your belly. In order to lose belly fat you will need to lose the fat all over your body.In short you may need to start:1) Eating healthier, this means:Eat smaller mealsEat more meals a dayDon’t starve yourselfEat more vegetables and fruitDrinks more waterLess sugars and empty calories (less soft drinks, cakes, cookies)Switch to whole wheat versions of your bread and pasta, brown rice instead of white rice2) Exercising:Forget crunches, crunches work your ab muscles but they dont burn enough calories to lose belly fat, if you do hundreds of crunches daily you will have great abs but you wont see them under your belly fat.Prefer full body exercises they burn the most calories and increase you metabolism for a few hours after your workout.Get a training partner or a fitness trainer, a very worthwhile investment - of the money you save on junk food for example =)Try also to reduce stress and get enough sleep. Both of these are related to weight gain and emotional eating. For more try: http://www.flatstomachtips.comI wish you all the best,John
