| okay i am overweight and i dont like it at all soon it is the 6 weeks holidays so im thinkin of losin ALOT of weight in that timeim 12 so wat can i do to lose weight?it kinda needs to b cheap and i cant join a gym. |

| well all i can say its stay healthy ; drink alot alot of water n fruits; dont eat greesy stuff; like pizza friess n blah; you dont need noo gym; gur thats why u got your house; be active; dance walk alot; you know; |

if you follow these rules im sure you can lose alot of weight in 6 weeks:1) dont eat too much junk food aka: pizza, burgers, sweets etc.2) drink water or fruit juices instead of coke or fizzy drinks3) sit ups, dancing, walking or any exersoze that tones im sure if u do anything like that then you can go back to school in the best shape possibleGood Luck!  |

| start first off with your diet, you need to eliminate all kinds of bat eating like junk food (e.g., sweets, chips, sugary sodas). You need to replace them with fruits & vegetables and reasonable low fat snacks. Then you need to eat lean beef and chicken instead of pizza, burgers, etc. Also you need to drink water, and plenty of it to flush your system. And last but not least is exercise, you need to do some activity that you like, (bike riding, roller skating, walking) that will help increase your metabolism (rate at which you burn calories) to loose the fat. Ask your mom to help you if you are serious, she can cook healthy foods and stop bying snacks that will not help yo to loose weight, she can also go walkign with you or find other ways of helping you achieve your gal. |
