In April I found out that I had candida yeast problem. My madication is over now so I hoping that I can start loosing weight now. I need to loose 10kg and I have joined my gym where I try to work out for atleast 3 times a week for 60m+. Also once a week I play squash and tennis Any suggestion is welcome.

Squash and tennis are both excellent as you stay on the move but you should try running. that is an excellent fat buster and if you can do 20 minute runs 3/4 times a week, I guarantee you will start to see the weight coming off. It is also very important that you are not over eating and what you are eating is very healthy and balanced. Start having mroe fruit and veg and whole foods so no white bread, white rice, white pasta.
