I'm 14 years old. I don't really have access to excerise machines, but I do have a pool and a two- story house. I have fast metabolism and I'm hungry like all the time. I don't really ever lose weight. I gained some over the years and I'd like to lose it. Can someone give me a diet and an excerise plan please. Thanks! and how much could I possibly lose?

Calorie deficit is the only safe way to lose weight. Eat 2000 calories worth in small meals throughout the day (like 5-8 meals) and burn 3000 with excercising. Just run and swim, maybe a few pushups and whatnot. A pound of fat is 3500 calories, you will lose 2 pounds a week with this routine. Eat healthy foods! Don't get your energy from coke and hersheys!

Emotionallyeasiest way to lose weight is to decide for yourself that you really want to lose weight if you are not motivated enough than nothing is going to happenExercise do cardio exercise, yoga, pilates its great to burn fat and it will tone ur body as well,Diet wise drink 8-10 glasses of water. U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don’t eat before 3 hrs of going to bed and soup it make u full and has less calories just avoid the cream and make the soup in this way mix veggies and water sort of a thick soup its very filling and sometimes tastyCheck the below articles for weight loss tips http://cashsunshine.blogspot.com/search/label/weight%20loss

Well you need to tell us how tall you are and how much you weigh..... But you need to eat breakfast lunch and dinner everyday its very important... When you eat you are forcing you metabolism to work...SO breakfast is the most important cuz it starts your metabolism bright and early... So here is what i do everyday ....I wake up.... throw on some clothes...And run 2 miles...Then i come home and eat a bowl of special K or some fruit or something.....Then i go on with my day....Eat a HEALTHY lunch...(watch your fat grams) (stay away from cheese pasta and ice cream) then i do some kind of musclular building work out...sit ups pushups crunches lunges etc etc..... Then i go on with my day laa dee daa...Then i eat diner....WATCH THE FAT GRAMS. Alot of people stuff their face at dinner and dont realize how much fat they are consuming...I would say you should consume like 20-25 grams of fat a day...DOnt count calories because if you are working out you need them... drink lots of water it flushes your system and hydrates you for when you run....You need to get a cardio workout and a muscle work out...YOu dont have to do them in the same day...I just do it because im psycho... lol not really im preparing for bootcamp but whatever...im in good shape.... you will be to.. umm if you are just a little bit over weight i would say you would loose maybe 5-10 pounds....really overweight maybe 20 or more... but your only 14 so u most likely are not fat at all but hey good luck i hope i helped

dont do any of those diets where you count your calories or cut out an entire nutrient like the ones above.try to swim lengths of the pool each day. monday - 20tuesday - 30thurday - 40friday - 50sunday - 60wednesday and saturday are your days off!then, cut out most of the sweets/cake/chips in your diet.instead of snacking on them, snack on nuts, fruit, yoghurts etc.eat breakfast!!!you can go on a walk/run around your neighbourhood.maybe with a friend?just run for 30 minutes each day. hope all that helps..x

here's what i did when i was younger, and it worked for me:- running every day (gradually increasing mileage everyday)- swimming (for you you could do it every day)- great full body cardio workout. change up your strokes. use kickboard and buoy to work your arms and legs separately, and then together. - biking if you can- minor upper body weight lifting (increasing reps and weight daily)- helps w/ toning up- sit ups, crunches, leg lifts daily (increase gradually)- any sports you enjoy doing- don't forget to stretch to avoid injury and unnecessary soreness!diet:- increase fruits and veggies- increase lean meat- gradually begin to cut out sugar and sweets (desserts do not do much for your body)- gradually lower your fat intake. do not go anti fat because fat is an important part of your body! you still need it. just lower your intake gradually.- take a multivitamin each day, just in case you don't get all your vitamins and minerals- don't take stimulants, drugs, or depressants. this means slowly wean yourself off of: soda, tea, alcohol, drugs, tobacco, energy drinks, coffee, tea, sugar, junk food. try to avoid these- they do nothing but wreak havoc on your body and add more calories. - get plenty of sleep! increase in exercise means you need more healthy rest. - drink lots of water! you don't want your body to become dehydrated! it purifies your system and makes your body more efficient.- don't forget you still need your carbs. they are your body's basic form of energy, and your body needs them for rigorous exercise like cardio, anaerobic and aerobic. have them every night for dinner. pasta is a good way to get them.don't go exercise-happy. keep it moderate, but still push yourself a little each time. remember, go crazy and you will injure yourself, putting you out, and then you won't be able to lose the weight as fast. i lost 5 pounds in the first 2 weeks. doesn't sound like a lot, but it will keep coming off if you stick w/ it. be patient, results won't be permanent if it happens quickly. good luck! hope it helps. Smile

Hi,I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://better-life-thinner.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.Good luck!
