in order to gain weight you have to eat lots of healthy foods like fruit, veggies, and lean protein.read thisI am a hardgainer (the skinny body type) can I get big muscles? Yes you can, you need to put in a little more effort than others. Hardgainers have bad genetics, but that is not a reason not to workout, you can gain weight and muscle. How often do I need to go to the gym? 3-4 times a week would be optimal, depending on your workout routine. Your muscles need to rest at least 48 hours between workouts for you to get the best possible muscle growth. How much do I need to eat? You will want to eat about 5-6 times a day. When building muscle, your muscles grow all the time, so you want to make sure they have the building materials available all the time. Calculate how many calories you need to eat daily to keep your current weight (plenty of calculators on the internet) and add 500 calories to that, this is how much you will want to eat every day.Where do I find a workout routine? You could try finding one on the internet, but the selection is quite big, so it can be difficult for a beginner. Paying a professional trainer or buying a muscle building program on the internet is the easiest options. How much muscle can I gain in a month? In the beginning you can gain even 2-4 pounds a week, but the growth rate will settle at about 1-2 pounds a week.Gaining weight and muscle is not hard once you understand the basics. Even hardgainers can gain lots of muscle just by going by the basics.
