hey, I am a guy about 6 foot tall and about 200 pounds. I'm not really a muscle guy so most of my body consists of fat. Does anyone have a specific workout plan that i can follow that consists of 5 workouts a week. I don't have access to a gym or any weights except like 5 pound dumb bells. I don't have a pull up bar either so i need to have a workout that is mainly body weight techniques.

Men's Health has a website that posts some home workouts that can be executed at home. If you want to tone, you will need to build more lean muscle and lose body fat. If you have the means, get your body fat % checked and that will tell you the amount of fat and muscle you are working with. Here are a few ideas that will help you gain muscle and lose weight:Push-upscrunchessquatsriding a bicyclelungesjoggingswimmingDay 1:60 minutes of activity. Try and use three of them for twenty minutes each.Day 2:60 minutes of activity. Use a different combination.Day3 and so oncontinue the 60 min thing and always mix things up.

You should go out and buy a cheap set of heavier dumbbells and start from there. With a set of dumbbells you can work just about every muscle in your body. Im not an expert or anything but as far as the workout plan goes I would work different muscles on differnent days. Try going to www.bodybuilding.com you should find everything that you need to know there.Good luck, Dave

Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I'm also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me (it's all 100% natural - a colon cleanse that was really gentle on my body. I feel so good and I lost 15 pounds). You can check the website at http://www.thin-diet-fun.us , I had a free trial and paid less than $5.00 shipping and handling. Best of luck!
