First, it's very normal for your weight loss to slow down. When you first start dieting and exercising it shocks your system and the pounds seem to melt off. Don't be discouraged by the slow down. Your routine looks good- although you might want to try substituting your high intensity cardio for some interval training. This is where you alternate high and medium intensity during your workout (for example, run for 2 minutes, jog for 1 minute, run full speed for 30 seconds, walk on a high incline for 2 minutes- continue pattern for 45 minutes). Interval workouts actually are proven to burn more calories, just be careful not to slow down too much, you always want to be working. You also might want to try doing calorie burning activities that you enjoy- hiking, playing sports, rollerblading, swimming etc. It will make your workouts seem less tedious.
