I have been working out doing yoga, pilates, lifting weights, sit ups and and crunches along with all sorts of lunges. My thing is, nothing seems to be working. My one TROUBLE area is my "pouch" area. Every tells me that sit ups and crunches are the thing to get rid of it (and some cardio- which I do 3 times a week). I'm also a great dieter/eat healthy. How can I get rid of my pouch once and for all WITHOUT getting Lypo?

run. Consistent running will get rid of the belly along with sit ups. Also make sure you don't eat before you sleep and eat lots of protein to gain muscle there rather than the pouch. I suggest running. Be patient too fit bodies don't happen overnight I would say depending on how big your pouch is it would take 3-6 months to notice a difference.

The cardio is good, and you might need to increase how much and how often you do it. The crunches and situps will help in burning calories, but they will not help you to spot train your pouch away. Your answer to burning your fat away is cardio, cardio, cardio...and eating healthy and drinking lots of cold water.
