| i have been doing this in order to lose pot belly1. one hour brisk walk every morning b4 breakfast2. only drinking lots of water and 2-3 cups green tea a day3. only eating fruit, veg, plain chicken breast, soups and baked potatoes and low fat muller light yogart!!is this enough and how can i lose it fast what is the best method, the best foods etc and when is the best time to walk???? plzzzz help me beach party next week with lots of cutee boys!!!! |

| yes thats good but you'll get faster results if you use hand weights with walking so you burn fat more.Also make your diet vegan, its low in fat and everything and helps saves the planet. |

| That is a good meal plan, and it is very good to walk. Good for you! But to lose that belly you need to do more than that. Crunches are the best way to tighten up a big belly. It would be okay to cut your walk short by 30 minutes and use that time to work out. For faster results, do 200 crunches a day. Boring, I know... but it works!Be sure you eat before and after walking or exercising. Some other great exercises are jumping jacks, lunges, squats, and lifting small weights (10lbs is good).Good luck... I don't know about next week, but if you add in exercise, specifically crunches, you are doing the best thing. |
