| 1. eat smaller meals more often (be sensible, eat healthy)2. exercise, daily (walk, run, play basketball anythingthat can get your heart pumping...) 3. drink A LOT of water.. its better for you than soda(even diet) and it can fill you up so youre not as hungry and eat less or do alot of crunches, leg lifts, wall sits etc. good luck! |

Try doing sets of 30-90 crunches three times a day for your middle. Do the same formula with leg lifts. For the bootie, I'm not quite sure, but I know that if you google you can find good excercizes similar to crunches and leg lifts. I've heard that if you use the formula above for crunches, you can start seeing a trimmer tummy in just two weeks!! Hope this helps!! |

| If you want to look good on your vaca by losing a few pounds, you need to give some stuff up. In college I gave up soda completely, and lost 10 pounds in one month. I drank a loot of soda though...Give up all beverages - Just drink water!!! It's all you need.Give up fried foods of all kinds.Exercise whenever possible. Take the stairs, walk the extra distance to somewhere. In the morning and before you go to bed, do about 100 crunches. It's not that many, really, and do them in different positions (one leg straight up, alternate, etc)For your thighs, take up walking a few miles a day, with short intervals of jogging (1 or 2 minute sprints)Your bum - lay on your back on the ground with your knees bent, and lift your bum off the ground, then lower back to the ground. Do 3 sets of 15 reps. Really squeeze the buttocks when you lift.Good luck, and have fun on vacation! |
