I want you to know you are not!! because i'm that same height but bigger and my doctor says i'm not over weight!! But the the best way for you is to actually wanting to know if your over weight is go to your doctor and I don't think you are they will give you advice For diet tips i would ask your mom for help and tell her your situation because shes prob been through it too...I would say eat healthy and exercise for at least an hour. don't worry your young you have plenty of time and don't worry about your body everyone is different in shape! If you want a tone stomach i would say do abs work out to help your lower abdominant structure for example push up and crutches

idk i doubt youd be considered fat maybe chubby depending on your budy type, cuz i am 5" 7 and125 lbs and i am kind of chubby even though i am a healthy weight. gu running- helps for your legs big time. learn portion control - eat half of what is put before you and save the rest for later ( i hate wasting food). if you like to dance that would also work. sit ups pushups cardio too. see what works for you

OK, here is 1 MAJOR THING. Think this: Am i hungry?A lot of people think that they have to eat a whole plate of food but THINK. Do i need this much. Listen to your stomach it will tell you. Then again DON'T STARVE YOURSELF.Running is really good for legs / weight loss.~hope Ive helped~

According to the child/teen BMI chart, your body fat index is 19.6, which is right smack in the middle of "healthy". Please, don't stress too much about a little poochy tummy. It's probably not as big as you think it is. We all think we have fatter bellies than we really do. When you go out to eat, make sure you get a salad, or a lean meat , and limit your carbs to one or two servings. If you get a salad, get the dressing on the side, or ask for salsa instead. What is bad about eating out is that they tend to give you a lot of bread. This can rack up the calories fast! I was successful in my weight loss and I went out to eat quite a few times. You just have to be aware of what you are eating, and try to eat lots of veggies and lean protein, and share dessert instead of eating a whole one. Don't eat anything fried (meat that you can't see...because it's covered with breading...) Some good strength training exercises for thigh are side leg lifts, or squats. It would also be helpful to use a resistance ball. They come with instructions. You can sit on the ball and squeeze your knees into it. This really strengthens your thighs. Having said that, it is better to work out regularly and don't get too hung up on "spot training". If you are fit overall, you will be fine. You are still growing into your adult woman body and you are NOT fat by any means!

I was on a trip over in Europe, and one thing I did was that I was always walking and never really got alot of food but to satisfy my craving I bought huge things of water and I lost 8 lbs in over a time of 11 days, not bad I thought
