What's the quickest way to gain weight?I am one of the few who had suffered from the high diet/loss weight concentration in the states, there is no food that can give me weight!maybe exercising and growing some muscles may help but i'm afraid of stunt growth! I just turned 17 and I need to gain height as well!I've been eating, only that I get dry lips and dandruff, I had dandruff since I was like seven!The side of my head is wider than the side of my body! I need some suggestions, please?Plan 1 - Exercise to grow/advance muscles (but i'm afraid to get a stunt growth, most people say that it ends after 17 but I still think I can gain extra height!)Plan 2 - Sit and eat, less time on the computer and be a total couch potato!Any suggestions?

i think you shud do plan 2 and eat out alot its workin for me!

Since getting fat is not a problem, but a desire, I'd suggest eating food that tastes good. Foods that taste good are usually high in calories and fat, and also provide a good "at home" feeling. You can try drinking high protein shakes and working out because usually protein shakes are high in calories, and they taste good. I wouldn't become a couch potato because then you would develop bad habits that you may not be able to get rid of once you've achieved ideal weight.Just eat foods that taste good, exercise, and enjoy life.

Plan 3 - walk places and enjoy the fresh air / do calisthenics and intentionally work on good posture and people will notice that you "seem" taller / eat healthy foods and drink lots of water and try "Ensure" a product that is often given to people seeking to maintain their weight / keep a good attitude as far as your appearance and keep close to people who make you feel good and challenge you to learn and be at your best!
