can anyone create a muscle gain plan for me, I've just bought the products mentioned above. So like what sort of things should i eat for breakfast and then what products etc. , Just starting out training, using weights & bowflex on one day, cross trainer & playing sport the next day (or having a rest day).Thanks.

idk what all those things are but i can tell u this have carbs before ur workout whenever that is like a banana is perfect make sure u get 30g of protein into ur body every 3hrs minimum u need 1-1.5g of protein per lb so have things like tuna turkey chicken eggs/egg beaters i need to know ur weight / height to give u exact diet plan but lots of protein a less carbs idk how much cals u need tho all depends and make sure u take that whey protein in milk or a shake after ur workout then ur multivitmin after ur whey protein cuz that metabalizes it for best use and make sure u workout dif muscles every other day like day 1 upper bodyday 2 lower body/absday3 upper body (or rest)repeator u can do like half ur upper body one day half the other and lowerbody/abs another so u can workout those muscles even moreday 1 chest and triceptsday 2 legs and absday 3 bicepts and backday 4 deltoids and trapsrepeatmaybe add cardio idk ur choice always helps in keeping body fat percentage down--Joe

have fun with the no-xplode and cellmass they are amazing products but idk if you already taken the no-xplode but take it easy at first that stuff is strong i was dizzy as hell when i took 3 scoops the first time round.
