| 5*4 150lbs not fat. Currently work out 5-6 days a week. Currently do squats, walking lunges, legs extensions, knee curls, leg presses doing them one legs at a time 660 lbs. i can legs press 260 on the hammer strength leg press. also my left leg would be my weakest which is why i am doing the legs press one leg at a time, is there another exercise which i can do to bring up the left with the right. thanks. serious answers appreciated. |

| seems like u should just start stretching when u wake up and go to bed ... how old are u? maybe u havent hit puberty or had your growth spurt. i would suggest just stretching and not over lifting may cause u to not grow |
