Hi, I'm trying to gain weight and need to plan my new diet, so how many cellarers are in a can of Coca Cola.

try finding out how many calories in 12 teaspoons of sugar, that's how much sugar you're taking in with every can of soft drink.I've got type 2 diabetes from drinking these fizzy drinks.You want to gain weight, then eat a sensible balanced diet, stuff like these drinks will kill you - literally!
