| I'm 6'2 195-195 and I'm looking to gain about 10-15 lbs in muscle and tone. Any ideas?Any good dietary plans? |

| what you need to do for a ietary plan is portion your meal righthave 5-6 small meals a day consisting of lean protein and veggies.fruitsyou need lots of protein to help rebuild the muscle bigger and stronger and veggies and fruits are low in fat and calores so you will look leaner to gain the muscle though you need to lift weightslift heavy weights 2-3 tiems a week with at lesat a day rest in between to let the muscles rest and rebuild, lift heavy weights with low repettionlike what ever you can lift with out struggling but not to easy and about 2- 4 sets of 10-12 repsto tone do pushups, situps etc and get on a trampoline or something or lift light weights like 10 pounds or less with high reps or as many as you can do to burn the fat and make the muscles tighter and ore toned |
