| I'm fat, desperate, a compulsive eater, and I'm tired of it. Yeah, I've been on a diet, lost 70 pounds, but for the past month, I've been off and eating...I'm a compulsive eater. It's always been hard, I lose weight and once I get to a point, I break and eat. I've gone a week without eating before, but I forgot how I did it. I've gained back 10 pounds! People can tell! I'm freakin out!! So...tomorrow, I plan on going back to not eating. Yes...I know it's not good, so please don't tell me that. If you were fat (260 pounds) and a compulsive eater and fed up with it cause no one will help you, what would you do? I was happy when I wasn't eating and I want to get back to that. I need to get back into control? Can someone help me? How can I starve myself successfully? I can either go back to not eating or I can take the two bottles of sleeping pills I bought. If I eat again, that's what I'm gonna do. |

| You should try to find a hobby that would keep you occupied so that you don't think about eating. Get a jicsaw puzzle and try to complete it. They're usually hard so you'll have your mind on something else. |

| don't starve your self, that's for losers.don't commit suicide, that's also for losers.seriously, you need professional help.go to a counselor. join weight watchers.eat fruits and veggies and healthy foods, but DON"T STARVE YOURSELF!god, that is so stupid, i can't even tell you. |

| this is kinda bad but i understand what you are going thru..google the lemonade diet..its a fast but you lose like 5 pounds the first day the longer you are on it the more weight you lose...in this diet you dont eat at all...all you do is prepare and drink the mix that they tell you to...make sure you follow everything thou |

| remove yourself from the source of food. Take a walk; go to the beach or mountains or a park. Keep yourself busy with activities you do not associate with eating - for example, if I go to COSTCO I almost always get a hot dog and soda.Join a group such as Weight Watchers. Having others who sympathize with your situation should help.Good luck. (And remember to praise yourself for working hard on this goal. It is tough but, as you've proven in the past, you can do this!) |

hi, im not sure if you are serious or kidding about starving yourself, but if you are- please weigh out your options.I mean, I love food and I dont know how anyone could go a whole week without eating..thats like utter pain. And not only is it just silly, its SOO bad for your body. In essence , what your doing is the complete opposite of what you want to do- lose weight. Your body will go into starvation mode, and ya you might lose some weight, but guess what. when you start eating again- whatever it may be. your body will store it as fat because it is preparing for the next time your body starves...soo you see what im saying here? starving yourself only makes you fatter. also, if you have enough funds try and get a personal trainer at a gym..but make sure they have good qualifications, because some just suck.good luck with your weight loss, you can do it the healthy way  |

| i don't mean to be a pest butif u don't eat u can kill yourselfgo to the gym and work out bikejog/ run/ walkor just do something that is outside that gets your heart pumping and makes you sweat |

| If you have the money to order online or you have a doctor you can get a prescription from, get Phentermine. It will take ALL desire to eat away and you don't get hungry.Also, if you join Medical Weight Loss, they will give you a script. |

| If you starve yourself you will not learn how to eat like a normal person. Plus, your body will start holding on to the fat. As someone who also needs to loose some weight here is what I have been doing for the past month and it has worked out great. It really comes down to eating food that feed your body not your mind. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. If you do this, your metabolism will continuously run which makes you burn off fat. Eat healthy stuff, I know it sucks, but eat fruits and veges, eat lean protein and make sure there is fiber in your diet. I am constantly full, never hungry, and I got use to eating things that make my body feel good but may not taste as good as processed food. After some time goes by, these healthy foods will actually taste better. You can still loose weight without exercising but to continuously loose weight you need to exercise a little. Just start out with 30 minutes a day. If you really hate exercising just do it 3 times a day for 10 minutes each time. It is just as effective as doing 30 minutes at once. Make sure to alternate the speed though, it burns weight faster. For example, run for 5 minutes and then walk for 5 minutes, keep going back and forth. You not eating will not teach you the correct eating habits to keep the weight off. As long as your eating fruits, veges, and protein you can eat more food, because it is good for you. But do not over do it. Plus, eating every 2 to 3 hours a day will actually make you full all day. I have lost 30 pounds in one month doing this. Hope this helps. |
