Has anybody lost a large amount of weight and kept it off???Any eating plan or exercises???

I would recomend just jogging, running, or walking everday, along with some other excersizes, and eating really healthy. Just be concious of what you eat, and how much, everday, and if you excersize enough, the weight should stay off.

joggig running and swimming is the best also dancing the great is walking after we eat our food

If you want to lose weight fast, I suggest Proactal. Both my mom and Aunt swear by it. They started using Proactal 3 weeks ago and I've already noticed the weight loss. Can't wait to try it.... just waiting for next weeks pay check Smile
