I've done 10miles of running/walking100crunchessquats& lunges.I never ever eat before a work out because i heard it burns fat but i normaly eat a healthy salad and fruits after but today i went abit of the rails with calories i think.. what u think?Greggs healthy option (Tuna crunch on brown bread)2 Greggs milk choc chip cookies.how many cals have i had? enough? over done it? should i have anything else? im trying to loose a bit of weight about 4pounds. im 5ft 3 and 95lbs.

if u wana lose weight at home without exercising......u can refer to this website http://loseweightnoww.blogspot.com/and u will find so many tips for weight loose and weight loose reciepes.u can try them and lose weight at home easily.

You're underweight and it sounds like you have disordered eating, if not an eating disorder. Please consult a therapist and dietitian. You need help and counseling if you think that you need to lose weight. When you exercise with out eating, you put yourself at risk for all sorts of problems, and your body will start to consume muscle to fuel itself. Please talk to someone about your concerns.
