| You're underweight and it sounds like you have disordered eating, if not an eating disorder. Please consult a therapist and dietitian. You need help and counseling if you think that you need to lose weight. When you exercise with out eating, you put yourself at risk for all sorts of problems, and your body will start to consume muscle to fuel itself. Please talk to someone about your concerns. |
