Hi..Im Currently 121 - 122lb. Im 14 years old, 5'4 and really eager to lose this 18lb to get me down to 104 - 105lb. I have 9 weeks.Im not interested in becoming ''Anorexic''Its just that, Over the last two years, Ive gained alot of weight, I would really like to shift of.Plan;Weetabix x 2 and milkham in a wrap with saladLow fat yog and appleJacket spud and TunaEct.I dnt wanna go on a 'DIET' just a healthy eating plan and exercise.Why does everyone say run?Lol =]

i would say its possible for you to lose those 18 pounds in about 2 months pretty easily.first of all, drink 2 to 3 cups of water before every meal. this will fill you up, and youlle eat less, and so youlle lose weight. plus, water by itself is really good for you, so while filling you up, it will also be cleaning up your system.secondly, google the follwoing phrasepower of 10 adam zickermanthis is a weight training program that my dad and i have been doing for 2 years, and trust me, results show up in a bout 2 weeks. the reason i love this program is becasue its only 2 seesions (20 minutes each) a week (after several weeks, you can switch to one session a week, and out of those 20 minutes a week, only ten are actually excersice), and you get more results than a hour each day, five day a week routine.this is because instead of doing 20 reps really fast, you do 6 reps very slow (10 seconds up, 10 seconds down, hence the name, power of ten). i tell you, you start to feel the burn after about 1 rep. then by restign several days (if youre doing two seesions a week) or resting a whole week (if youre doing one seesion a week), your giving your muscles more time to repair and get bigger, wheras a traditional everyday routine doesnt give the muscles as much time to grow.so, if you start drinking lots of water before every meal, and look into power of 10 (by adam zickerman), you should find yourself losing those pounds pretty fast.hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, you can start by making a chart and giving your self a reward like lets say if i burn 200 calories (equivalent to 2 miles) i can use the computertry doing simple excersices like jumping jacks and push ups for like 30 minutes a daygo to ehow.com and search in how to lose weight and yea=)

Drink a cold or hot green or black tea and lots of ice water. Eat fruits. Anything that has water. Learn to live on calcium products...yogurt,etc. I went from 249 to 120 in 3 years. Also do weights and walking, stay busy. Instead of three major meals eat 6 times a day. Fruit, vegetables. No frying. Drinking a lot of liquids and reading labels is the big secret. Good Luck!!!!
