Lean Cuisine has good food, pizza, stuff like that, with low-calories. Just count calories.

Generally, you can eat anything you want, so long as you don't eat too much of it. Eat one slice of pizza instead of three, 4 oz of steak instead of 8. Get the small fries instead of the large. It's a start.

Not unless you go on the anorexia diet or bulimia diet together. For goodness sake, she's gotta discipline herself to eat better. Whole grains, raw fruits and veggies, and WATER. The rest of the crap you listed should not even be considered food. "You are what you eat", you don't believe that's true? Eat junk and fried food in moderation, or you're doomed to be unhealthy and possibly obese. And it will only worsen with age, mark my words.

Ok well that is a really bad diet and not only should she go on a diet to lose weight but to get in better overall health:-Cheese pizza isn't that bad (could be worse if she had more toppings) and if its thin crust its even better for you-How does she like her chicken cooked??- Ribs and steak - probably not the best to be eaten all the time- Fried fish - fish is really good for you but fried foods are not- Fast food - BAD especially if she eats it every dayShe dosen't like any veg.?? What about potatoes, broccoli, carrots, onions, green peper.... She somehow needs to get some veg. into her dietShe doesn't eat bread or past?? She somehow needs to get some grains into her diet!!Its not that big of a deal if she dosen't drink water but what does she drink?? You could try those koolaid singles that you mix into a bottle of water or some juice instead of pop all the time!!

You can still eat those foods on the South Beach Diet, but maybe prepared differently. I lost weight on the diet but gained it back when I went off of it and started back eating bread and veggies. I have recently lost 35lbs, just by preparing the foods (that you mentioned) differently.I do a lot of grilling, fish, chicken, steaks, etc. I still eat cheese pizza occasionally from the pizzeria, but if I want it more often I get the ones by lean cuisine or weight watchers. Just don't let yourself feel deprived. What works for you may not work for her, so even if you are diet buddies it would be best to eat what you each enjoy. good Luck!
