I have no clue where to start here please help me out.How much of all this is good enough? If I want results fast!Should I switch it up? walk then run then walk then jog? etc???I need advice I am trying to loose some weight by Sept. I am not good at eating healthy and I am not a fan of exercising but I will do what I need to do. Also what is cardio? I heard that it helps burn belly fat I want more info on that too!Please give realistic answers. I am just starting out Im not bout to run 10miles! :)10 points for best answerer!  |

| No running, jogging for Cardio people...just plain, simple walk, where they do not become breathless. Take it easy. walk comfortably. |
