Whats more effective to do at the gym to lose weight and tone? A cycle class 60mins or doing own workout?

Own workout would be 30 mins treadmill walking and running and 30 mins on a bike?

NONE! I ate less of everything I wanted for 2months and lost 15lbs WITHOUT working out! Just eat what u want just less of it!

it is proven with scientest that if you do intervals on the treadmill fom walking jogging sprinting and mix it up have fun and you lose more wait and your heart rate is higher and if you want to gain muscle go to crossfit.com i do this and if its to hard for you tone it down

both will probably end with the same result, but personally, i love cycle class so much more than running on a treadmill, also when your in a class you have someone to push you more, so if your tired you'll keep going, but if your by yourself and tired your more likely to stop. I think you should maybe consider adding in some weight lifting stuff too! :)good luck!
